Decorating caters to those looking to furnish a new house or redecorate their existing home.
We begin with space planning to optimize space and functionality, then move on to selection of furnishings, rugs, artwork, lighting, window coverings, and accessories for your entire home. Each item is meticulously curated to reflect your unique style and the needs of you and your family. This service concludes with the delivery of your itemized shopping list, mood boards, and furniture layout plans.

With Design projects, I stay fully involved throughout construction, collaborating closely with your architect, contractor, and tradespeople to ensure the design vision is brought to life. The Decorating process wraps with the installation and final styling to make your house into a home.

We begin with a thorough discovery phase, delving into essentials like scope, fees, budget, and timeline. This foundational step ensures that our vision and expectations are perfectly aligned from the outset.

As we prepare for your project's start, we craft a high-level concept that captures the essence of how you want your home to feel. This concept serves as the guiding thread, establishing a cohesive vision that will shape the design to come.

With an approved concept, we are ready to jump into detailed design. Over the next few weeks or months, we meticulously plan every detail of your space. This phase is dynamic, allowing for one to two rounds of revisions to ensure we get everything just right. Additional revisions are available at our hourly rate and may affect the project timeline.

For renovations and new builds, we then compile a comprehensive design package for your builder, which is based on approved designs. This is a lengthy and detailed document which includes technical drawings and specifications for materials, finishes, and fixtures. This document serves as the roadmap for your contractor and trades.

As construction progresses, we manage the ordering and tracking of all items. Our team coordinates with a receiving warehouse and handles every logistical detail to ensure a seamless transition to installation.
